Circle+ is purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, inside the Circle app.
Refunds for a Circle+ subscription are handled entirely by Google Play (or Apple's App Store, where available) under their own refund policies. Circle doesn't process or override these refunds directly - request one through your Google Play (or App Store) purchase history.
Cancelling an active subscription stops it from renewing again - it doesn't, by itself, refund the period you're currently in. You keep Circle+ access until that period ends either way. See our Terms of Use for how to cancel depending on where you subscribed.
